ok, i really love philosophy. really, really love them. i guess this is where i say, i dont work for philosophy--i just love their products. ok, i already said that, but it can't be said enough times. i've been using the purity made simple cleanser for a while now--i dont know for how long, but it's like time stood still when i discovered this product. i want to shout from the rooftops of every tall building in manhattan and tell everyone they need to go out and buy this. i love rich, creamy cleansers and this is the best one out there. it gently removes all traces of makeup and mascara without drying out my skin. plus, i never have that tight, uncomfortable feeling when i use this.
another thing i am obsessed with from philosophy is the microdelivery peel pads. i have have to say, i was scared of trying this at first because my skin is VERY sensitive. i don't use any alpha hydroxy/beta hydroxy acids or retinols/retinoids, but i recently saw a friend of mine who looked absolutely radiant and when i asked her what she'd been doing, she said she'd been using this stuff. so automatically i was like, ok, i need to bite the bullet and try this because i have been staring in the bathroom mirror and obsessively dwelling on this little line developing on my forehead. i will say, it is pretty fine, but still i notice it and i can't help but wonder if everyone else is staring at it as intently as i do. rationally, i know they are not, but it's hard not to worry about the signs of aging. that said, i dont want it to get deeper, but i am not about to botox it up (not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's just not me) so i thought, let's try the microdelivery peel pads--and got a sample from sephora.
